Terms and Conditions for Kippo

Welcome to Kippo. By using our app, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using the app.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Kippo, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the app.

2. App Use

You may use Kippo for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You are responsible for maintaining your account credentials and any content associated with your account.
You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it in an unauthorized manner.

3. AI-Generated Content

Some recipes, images, and tags (e.g., vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free) are generated by AI (images may be created using Replicate).
We do not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or suitability of AI-generated content.
Users are responsible for checking ingredients for allergens, dietary restrictions, and religious or personal considerations.
We are not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or other consequences resulting from the use of AI-generated recipes, images, or tags.

4. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, recipes), but you grant us a license to store and display it in the app.
You may not upload content that is illegal, harmful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
We reserve the right to remove or disable any content that violates these Terms.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features require a subscription managed via RevenueCat.
Payments are handled entirely by Apple; we do not store your payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled according to Apple's policies.
Refunds are handled in accordance with Apple's refund policies.

6. Liability and Disclaimer

Kippo and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for any damages, losses, or harm arising from use of the app, including AI-generated content or user-generated content.

Calorie information provided by the app is for informational purposes only. Kippo is not responsible for any health or dietary decisions you make based on this information.

You use the app at your own risk.

7. Privacy

Your use of the app is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect and how we use it.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Madrid, Spain, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Madrid, Spain.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions in the future. The updated version will be posted at this same URL. Your continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
